Very bad experience at the Pacific club: Came for a "relaxing" afternoon with access to the swimming pool and deckchair at 29 euros per person, we left very tense and shocked. In fact, I make the reservation by telephone and I am told a slot from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., so I organize my day accordingly. When we arrived there we were told that pool access would be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.... Furthermore, at 4:30 p.m. an aquagym class starts, we allow ourselves to take advantage of this class, not knowing the rules of the club (non-member) and above all having paid for basic access until 6 p.m. which is ultimately reduced to 5 p.m. then 4:30 p.m. ... It is then that the “coach” allows herself in front of all those present and without any discretion to tell us “you have not paid, you must get out of the pool”. Very shocked by his words, I come out of the water, my partner decides to stay and continue the course, outraged by so much disrespect and rudeness. Given the price of this service, the minimum would be to have clear information regarding access and times and, above all, staff who know how to be tactful. To top it all off, upon arrival in the locker room I had to face the vehemence of certain embittered members who had no idea of the ins and outs of the situation. I would like to point out that another couple present for this afternoon was also very disappointed not to have been informed of the limited access to the outdoor pool and shocked by the words of Madame the "coach".

Registered there since the beginning of July. Top sports club where I finally feel good. Of course, the full membership is a little more expensive than in a basic sports club but when you go there you know why. The place is superb. Top facilities, very clean and maintained. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Family atmosphere. There are all profiles and all ages because the range of activities offered is very wide and can suit a large number of people. I look forward to going back every time, something that wasn't necessarily the case in other sports clubs.
